I think Work-Life balance programs and initiatives can be great thing, even if all of them are name WIN, WIN or some variation thereof. I do, however, find it a bit odd that the “W” always stands for Women. Do men not want Work-Life balance, too? Do guys not want to spend more time with new children, go to soccer games or see their kids be 1st Lobster in the Christmas Pageant
